Do you have trouble losing weight? Afraid to use diet drugs? Very easy! Now I want to share how to lose weight naturally.
1. Begin to water therapy. so,its mean don’t drink anything except water. All kinds of drinks change with water and minimum drinks 8 glasses per day. Do at least minimum 3 months.

2. If you usually eat 3 meals a day, try eating foods with smaller portions of about 5-6 times a day.

3. Eat more fruits and vegetables.

4. Dont forget to exercise.

5. Sleep enough.
